Organizations & Members ​

An organization is the vehicle for enterprise management: it groups users into teams and serves as the unit for device authorization, model-usage metering and policy control.

Create & Switch Organizations ​

  • Create or switch the active organization via the org switcher at the top of the sidebar.
  • Governance, fleet and org-connection pages all act on the currently selected organization.
  • User-to-org is an N×N membership — a user can belong to multiple organizations.

Invite Members ​

  • An org admin can invite registered users by email or username (no numeric user ID required).
  • Invitees review and accept / decline pending invitations on the My Invites page.
  • After joining, the organization appears in their org switcher.

Member Management ​

On Organization → Members:

  • View the organization's current members.
  • Adjust member roles / remove members (per admin permission).

Org Model Usage ​

The Org Model Usage page aggregates AI model token usage by organization for metering and cost attribution. Personal-level gateway config is on AI Gateway.

  • Grant devices to an org: Device Access Authorization.
  • Finer-grained user / device groups (admin): see the console's Access control area.
