Organization View
After creating or joining an organization, the view switcher lets you enter the organization view. It uses the console sidebar for team collaboration and fleet-scale operations.
Main features
The sidebar lists these sections; the pages within one are switched by tabs on the page itself:
- Organization: invite / remove members and set roles (owner / admin / member), and publish organization announcements to its members.
- AI governance: AI audit, AI policies, command templates.
- Access control: user groups and device groups — manage member and device access scopes in bulk. These belong to the organization view (their data APIs are scoped per organization and are unusable without joining one).
- AI usage & cost: org-level AI gateway, model token usage and cost.
- Fleet operations: batch diagnosis and batch execution across groups of hosts.
Organization switcher
Only in the organization view, an organization switcher appears below the sidebar view picker to choose the organization you are operating on.
Device ownership
A device always belongs to an individual (bound to its owner at registration). An organization does not "own" devices; it is granted access by the device owner. See Device access grants.
